EstefanÃa Cardona
Estefania Cardona is an 18 year old Colombian student who has written 3 Novels with over 290.000 words. She is the CEO and founder of Melius, an application that helps the productivity of the young generation. Estefania is an out of the box thinker and a senior in high school who during her high school years has been able to actively participate in the Models of the United Nations as well as Amnesty International.
Meet
Session Details
In this session, we will be discussing leadership and the skills required to be the leaders that the 21st century needs. We will be looking at individual accountability. Also the great perspective of Moonshots and creating a High Performance Team. We will go a little bit further with different techniques such a Relationship Action Plan (RAP) and the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) process and the 10 Hills.
