Biography
Meet John, a medical student from Nigeria who bridges science and healing, and technology and equity. When not decoding genetic mysteries at Osun State University, he engineers bacteria for Martian soil cleanup and builds AI models hunting rare disease treatments. His global training spans Stanford's AI labs to Germany's bioinformatics centers, always asking: how can science serve communities historically left behind? Through mental health advocacy and outbreak tracking tools, John champions bio-intelligence that heals rather than harms. At YouthxYouth, he co-designs educational frameworks grounded in planetary health and decolonial science, guided by the belief that his generation can help broaden access to and participation in scientific discovery.
