Biography
Beth heads up the Big Change Operations team, ensuring that all internal systems, processes and team ways of working embody the organisation’s values. She is passionate about looking for continuous improvement to enable her colleagues to flourish and feel well supported. She brings years of varied organisational experience, initially in event management roles for world-renowned places such as the Royal Academy of Arts and Westminster Abbey, before transitioning into operations management. In these more recent roles she developed strong change, project and relationship management skills within commercial SMEs. When not at work, Beth is kept on her toes by two daughters and an energetic whippet! She loves chocolate, thankfully also running, Pilates and reading a good book.
