Biography
Beth heads up the Big Change Operations team, ensuring that all internal systems, processes and teams ways of working embody the organisation's values. She has responsibility for driving the organisational commitments BC has made, and leads on intergenerational collaboration strategy. She brings years of varied organisational experience, initially in event management roles for world-renowned places such as the Royal Academy of Arts and Westminster Abbey, before transitioning into operations management. In these more recent roles she developed strong change, project and relationship management skills within commercial SMEs. When not at work, Beth is kept on her toes by two daughters and an energetic whippet! She loves chocolate, thankfully also running, Pilates and reading a good book.
